Hello! Great list! I have never spent so much time on the internet as I do now since I started blogging!
By the way, I made a typo on my last reply to your comment--I've since corrected it! Sorry if you thought I agreed with your description of your place as being wee--I don't--I think it is a perfect size.
How often do you get to work on your house? Are you doing the work yourself or using local artisans or both?
