As we did not have any beds pots and pans etc in the house and given as my daughter Rebecca was coming with us we decided to rent a gite in montmorillon for the week.
Before we went i organised a visit from an electrician based in our area to give us a price for doing the electrical work.

The gite was really lovely comfortable and spotless .

Montmorillon is a beautiful town about ten minutes drive from our house.

YAY! You posted some pictures. It looks lovely and the lake is beautiful, I could spend hours there just sitting and watching the world go by. How lucky you are to have this so close to home. Cant wait to see more.... Have a Happy Halloween X Toodle Pip! X
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful! You have your work cut out for you but it will be worth it. We did that two years ago (in rural Ireland) and have loved every minute of it. I have some before and afters on my blog if you need a little encouragement! I'll be saving you to my blog list and following your progress. My friend has just bought a little house in France too and she will be doing it up and I will be posting her before and afters. How exciting!
